AuzMax maintains a strict NO REFUND policy on all domain name related services.
Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are processed instantaneously with global registries. Once a submission is made, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Please verify the spelling of your domain name thoroughly before checkout.
Domain Registration & Reseller Status
AuzMax is a professional domain registration service and an authorized reseller of Tucows / OpenSRS. By registering a domain through AuzMax, you also agree to be bound by the Tucows Exhibit A (Master Services Agreement).
As a reseller, we facilitate the relationship between the registrant (you) and the relevant registry. All registrations are subject to ICANN policies and the specific regulations of the TLD registry.

AuzMax provides technical support exclusively via email.
As a social enterprise dedicated to charity, our support is provided on a "Best Effort" basis. We do not offer guaranteed response times, phone support, or live chat. Our team addresses inquiries as quickly as our volunteer and charity resources allow.
Privacy Policy & WHOIS Data
AuzMax is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
WHOIS Data Intelligence Disclosure
Our Domain Intelligence (Expiry Check) tool utilizes real-time registration data provided by IP2WHOIS. This data is used solely for informational purposes to assist users in identifying domain availability and status.
Personal information collected during registration is shared only with necessary third parties (Registries, ICANN, and our billing partner Upmind) for the purpose of maintaining your legal ownership of the domain.
General Terms of Service
AuzMax is a social enterprise managed by Hope Max (ABN 32 326 397 838). 100% of profits are directed toward charitable causes.
- Accuracy of registrant information is mandatory.
- Registrants are responsible for domain security.
- Service may be suspended for policy violations.
- Compliance with ICANN UDRP is required.
